Sunset Marketplace is a hypothetical grocery store that is located in the Long Wharf Mall in Newport, Rhode Island. This small local market offers a wide selection of fresh, frozen, and dry/canned goods as well as a bakery, Grab & Go meals & an in-house cafe for quick hot meals. This market will be able to support the lively tourist crowd during the summer months and the long-term residents year round. Technology is integrated into this market for customer use giving them ideas for new recipes or providing them coupons to use. Lighting is also a key component in this design to ensure food looks it's best, packaging stands out and wayfinding is clear.
